The resolution was moved by provincial minister Ammar Yasir which was unanimously adopted by the house on Tuesday, the Dawn newspaper reported.
It sought that the verses and Hadiths along with their translations declaring Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) the last prophet should be displayed at prominent places in government offices and at entrances to districts along highways.
After the adoption of the resolution, Speaker Chaudhry Parvez Elahi directed Law Minister Raja Basharat to talk to Chief Minister Usman Buzdar for immediately implementing the recommendation of the house.
Elahi lauded the Sindh Assembly and the chief minister of the province for displaying Quranic verses and Hadiths related to Khatm-i-Nabuwat in the provincial offices.
